DELIVERY SERVICE
Payment for goods upon collection (collection), in most cases, the goods are sent for delivery on the same or the next working day from the receipt of the order. The service is GLS.

SELECTING THE DELIVERY DATE
After the product is picked up by the delivery service, the customer or payer receives a notification by email with the so-called with a tracking code that enables the delivery address to be changed later, if necessary.

If the goods do not arrive in the expected period (2-5 working days from delivery, according to the regulations of the delivery service), send us an email at cronopihrvatska@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary measures.
Delivery to the islands does not take longer than classic delivery on the mainland, but it is possible that due to poor traffic (and other) connections, the package will travel a little longer.

FAST DELIVERY
We’re working on it! Fast delivery will be possible soon and we will inform you about it. We want you to receive the ordered goods on the same day at a minimum cost. We are currently negotiating with partners to provide you with this delivery method.

PICKUP OF GOODS AT THE STRANGELS WORKSHOP, ZAGREB
The product cannot be purchased on site! The desired products must be purchased online (go through the purchase process), after payment the system will ask you whether you want delivery or pick up the product in person at our office in Podgora. Check that box. After the purchase, you will receive a notification about the purchase or that your product is waiting for you.

Goods can be picked up every working day, from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. Please prepare the exact amount so that we can keep your wait to a minimum.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
The staff of the lurlic.mojweb.com store takes care of the product packaging. The products are packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the product, the customer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage.

Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transport services.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.
